About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Surgical Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

I needed surgery and was sent to the Surgical assessment unit. I met the lovely nurse Hannah. 

Really lovely, nothing was too much trouble. She kept with me, even though bless her heart she couldn’t get bloods from me. Never hurt me and kept checking I was ok. Hannah even came up to the ward with me when a bed was found for me. That was last month.

Near enough a month later I was back again. It was good to see the same nurse. They are very lucky to have her and a big hole will need to be filled when she leaves. All the best and thank you for being so caring.

Thank you for sharing such a lovely compliment about your recent visit to our surgical assessment clinic. Hannah is a great nurse and I know she will be very thankful for all your kinds words, which I have shared with her.

I am sorry to hear that you have had to return to hospital but I am glad to hear that it was Hannah who met you again, to continue supporting you through your journey.
