"Dental extraction"

I accompanied my mother to Dundee Dental Hospital where she was assessed by Dr Shepherd. Her case involved the complex removal of a wisdom tooth in addition to two others.

Dr Shepherd was exemplary in his calm, attentive and unhurried manner and expert communication skills, instantly putting my mother at ease. He thoroughly explained the procedure and continually checked she was ok throughout. 

She wishes to share her gratitude and for him to know that she cannot  speak more highly of him and his expertise.
