The care and encouragement I’ve received has been absolutely brilliant. All the physios and OT have been caring , very helpful in their encougement and dedication and patience with their invaluable help for my recovery. I cannot stress enough how helpful they all are setting me tasks to help my rehabilitation They are a credit to the NHS. And there selves. I look forward to visiting them and their visits

Good afternoon,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about the support you received from the Community Neurorehabilitation service. It was lovely to read about how the teams have helped you to improve with your rehabilitation by carrying out helpful tasks. This is really important and I know the team will really welcome hearing this.

I will make sure this feedback is shared with the service lead who I know always personally thanks the staff for their hard work.
