"Problems with eConsult"

At the end of a telephone consultation prescribing medication for high blood pressure for the first time, I was told to see the GP in 4 weeks' time. I couldn't find a way of making an appointment of this kind on eConsult and was only able to do so following a telephone call to a helpful receptionist, indicating a less than obvious route through eConsult's choices. Perhaps eConsult requires some fine tuning to cater for all eventualities?
