(as a service user),

I really enjoyed doing all the smart groups Shiv and Holly.

They showed me how to deal with my problems like how to deal with my addictions, how to get help from the outside and how to truly with the problems. I learned a lot from the group.

Thankyou for your positive feedback. It's great that you have taken away some practical tools on how to manage your recovery. We hope that you continue to access peer support groups such as SMART both in custody and on release.
