I’d like to express my complete satisfaction with the service provided by the vasectomy team at WBH. I attended my appointment and, understandably, felt a little anxious beforehand. However, I received the most professional and conscientious care from both Dr Anani and Megan.
The atmosphere was light and relaxing, and all the information was clearly explained and easy to understand. I genuinely felt involved in the process, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went.
The aftercare instructions, while detailed, were clear and supported by a handy leaflet that has proven very useful.
I just thought you should all know what an excellent service you provide.
