About: St Johns Hospice / St John's Hospice (inpatient)

Our family is incredibly grateful for the compassionate care provided by St John’s Hospice during our Mother’s final days. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by kindness, dignity, and an unwavering sense of support.

The entire team — from the nurses and doctors to the support staff — treated our loved one with the utmost respect, ensuring they were comfortable, peaceful, and never alone. Their warmth and professionalism made an incredibly difficult time more bearable, and their attentiveness to both medical and emotional needs was truly remarkable.

St John’s Hospice didn’t just care for our loved one — they cared for all of us. They offered gentle guidance, answered our questions with patience, and provided a calm, comforting presence when we needed it most.

We will never forget the love and care we received here. St John’s Hospice is a truly special place, and we are so thankful for everything they did for our family.

Hi

Thank you very much for taking the time to send the team your' comments. I have already passed on your' thoughts to the team via an email and will also discuss this at our next team meeting too.

I'm really pleased that we were able to care for your' mum in the dignified and caring way you have told us about and also were able to support you and your family too.

Take Care

Barry
