"Excellent Care and Professionalism"

I recently attended the Day Surgery Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital for a hernia repair, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, kind, and reassuring. The nurses were attentive and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease. The surgical team was professional and efficient, and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout the procedure.

Recovery was well managed, with plenty of support and advice provided before I left the unit. The environment was clean, calm, and well-organised, which made the experience even more positive.

I’m very grateful to the entire team for their compassion and dedication. Special thanks to Dawn (Staff Nurse), Mr Luhmann and the anesthetist (sorry forgot your name).

Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and well supported. NHS Fife and Queen Margaret Hospital should be proud of their exceptional staff.
