"Passed from pillar to post"

About: Community Services

(as a service user),

In my experience, you get passed from pillar to post. Told different things depending on who you see about what type of therapy would be best. Ridiculous waiting lists. If you dare to complain they make out it's a you problem not that the service is failing and letting people down.

Thank you for sharing your opinion on our community services.

I am so sorry your experience has been negative, that is not our intention. I understand how frustrating it must be when you feel passed from pillar to post and it is not the experience we want for anyone using our services.

I acknowledge waiting lists are a fact for many of our services and we take full responsibility for improving those wait times.

If you would like to share more details about your experience I would be able to look into this for you, alternatively please contact our PALS department using the following e mail address - rdash.pals.email@nhs.net

Again, I am sorry you have not had a good experience and I will share your opinion with the teams.

I wish you well

Kindest Regards

Lindsey Watson
