"Wonderful, kind and dedicated staff"

About: Trauma & Orthopaedics / Ward 4B

(as the patient),

I had a nasty fall resulting in a severe break and dislocation of my left elbow. I ended up having to stay in hospital for 12 days. I witnessed first hand the positive and friendly approach of the staff, often under stress, and having to deal with difficult patients. We hear many negative stories in the media about how under pressure the NHS is, yet despite this the staff continue to shine.
