I've had a bit of a rough time since having my baby and my mental health plummeted in the weeks after. I was in a really dark place with my anxiety worrying about my kids and my own health. It has been a long recovery and I'm still not out of the woods but I am so lucky to have such an amazing Health visitor. Sorcha (Armagh) has went above and beyond ensuring that i was referred appropriately and calling frequently to check in and have a chat to reassure me about everything. Sorcha has been one of the main driving forces behind my ongoing recovery and i will be forever grateful for all that she has done for my family and I. You're definitely in the right job Sorcha, any new mum will be lucky to have you.
