We have left the practice we were with for over 40 years. Now we are patients with this practice and are amazed at the level of care we are both receiving. We get follow up phone calls and texts, something our last gp would not do. What makes us feel cared for in this way is so stimulating and refreshing. We wish we had made this move decades ago, it would have saved us a lot of stress and neglect. Your practice manager is doing a brilliant job and please convey our gratitude. I have a problem with my knees which the last gp ignored, but you arranged for me to be seen promptly and now things are looking better. It was the same with my loss of balance, again things are now looking good. My wife had a stroke and was admitted to hospital on a blue light very quickly.
