I turned up at Royal Infirmary Edinburgh for a Respiratory exam, through my own fault I should have went to the Western General Hospital, the staff at the Royal kindly checked and arranged to do the required tests there.
Absolutely great handling by all staff and Sara who did the tests was first class keeping me fully informed all the way through, just another example of why NHS is such a great institution
