"Lovely girl looked after my brother"

(as a relative),

My brother went to the tissue viability clinic with problems on his legs, he is very hard of hearing so I went with him. 

We were seen by Shauna and no words can express just how good she was.  She was so efficient, she explained everything to us and treated him very well.  She was just wonderful.
