Completed e-consult and was called later that day to offer an appointment in a weeks time. Appointment was on time, I felt the GP had time to listen to me and also felt the solution was thorough and well considered - not just addressing the immediate issue, but doing more to proactively explore possibilities. Opportunity given to ask GP any questions, at no point did I feel rushed out of the appointment.

A very positive experience, thank you.
