About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I was in the new Victoria hospital for day surgery with Mr Hassan 

The level of care I experienced was outstanding everyone was so professional 

More than that you could feel how well the surgery team worked together 

I was looked after by Katy who was by my side through the whole procedure continually reassuring a nervous patient 

10/10 experience

Thank you for leaving our unit a positive Care Opinion feedback post. Feedback from patients is always warmly received by staff, especially a 10/10!

We understand that attending for surgery can be a very anxious time for patients, so I am delighted to read that the staff helped put you at ease and reassured you throughout your time spent with us. It is encouraging to read that you felt the staff were professional and demonstrated team work and that you experienced this as a patient while in our care and that you were able to have a positive patient journey.

I will ensure that your words of gratefulness are shared with all of the Day Surgery team, but especially with Mr Hassan and Katy that you mentioned by name, they are indeed a credit to our team. Feedback from our patients certainly keeps the team striving to deliver best care they can every day, thank you.
