"Mostly good but can improve"

Just my experience, which may help improve your service - I have had a couple of keyworkers before and whilst they were all very friendly, all they seemed to focus on was what other services I needed to be accessing and I never felt like they focused on my use.

I feel like all that changed when I started with Marios, not only did he continue encouraging me to work with other appropriate services and eventually referred me to Karina, who was also great, but for the first time it felt like I had a solid recovery plan and knew what I could try week to week to improve and eventually reach my goal. Thanks to his patience when I was unable to enter the building and the understanding around my anxiety and OCD. The practical advice given to improve my sleep means I no longer stay awake for days on end and am now able to sleep each night.

I am now cannabis and alcohol free and so much has changed for me. I have accommodation again, I’m leaving the house and even been to groups and now looking to start work or volunteering. Thank you Marios and all the staff for supporting me.
