Reception staff need refresher training on customer service.
Absolutely shocking response by a young lad on the reception when I enquired about prescription ordered 2 days earlier. I said patient will be without meds after today and he claimed the request only came yesterday. That is not true as I was the one who ordered meds on Tuesday morning.
He replied he is not there to argue but he sounded like he is.
Refresher training due in customer service.
