It just takes so long to get through on the phone. Currently moved two places in the queue within half an hour. How can they only take two phone calls in that time?
I've been reluctant to try and speak to a Dr as often feel gaslighted and dismissed by the doctors. Nurses and Reception staff have always been excellent but the phone system and appointment booking system needs overhauling.
