About: Lothian Community Services / CAMHS Community Teams

(as a parent/guardian),

As this is on going we feel as a family we are constantly fobbed off and not well supported at all.

We can call about our sons needs only to be told we will get a call back but usually never happens and we have to constantly chase.

Even although he has been prescribed medication by only this team.

As recent behaviours have obviously been caused by last medication change and is now starting to affect many factors, family life, school life ,and just life in general we have called a few times of recent and were told we would get a call yesterday but are still waiting as usual, this is just not acceptable at all.

To be honest this response just feels like a pass the buck and not really helpful at all!

Again tried contact 4 times this month only to be told we would get a call back, I am really starting to think this service is an absolute joke
