"Practice is not great at all"

About: Haslemere Health Centre

My wife has experienced ocular irritation for three months, characterized by excessive tearing, and the etiology remains undetermined. Despite repeated attempts to schedule an appointment, available physician consultations are currently six months out.

My son had an accident and they could not see him or give advice.

MIn 2022, my son, then one year old, experienced an eye problem. We contacted the practice seeking a diagnosis and assistance, but received no support and were unable to secure an appointment or medical advice.

Now, when we have a medical issue, we sometimes self-diagnose using online resources because this GP does not provide optimal service.

Dear Patient

I am very sorry to hear of the family issues that have occurred regarding appointments at the surgery. If there is anything I can do to help going forward please do call the surgery and ask to speak to me.

Kind regards

Stephanie
