"The staff had a positive attitude"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

I attended an urgent appointment at the Kerry-Jane Hogg heart unit in Stobhill Hospital. 

When I arrived I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman on reception. 

I was taken through almost immediately by the Nurse Practitioner who was happy, chatty and put me at ease. Everything was explained.

I was then taken to do a stress test where the girl doing this was equally as nice, chatty and explained everything. 

The staff had a positive attitude and really makes your visit to a clinic a lot more relaxing. 

Thank you for being a great example of what our NHS is about.
