"Staff not listening to carers"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a carer),

My husband had chest pains in his left side took him to casualty went into room to get bloods and ecg

My husband has had two strokes one when he was 32 one last year he can’t describe what’s happening because of the stroke but just says he’s ok cause he can’t word find

I felt the auxiliary was very abrupt to me didn’t listen to me and said needed to hear from him I felt humiliated and disgusted by the way his heart rate was high and he had pneumonia
