"Very kind and helpful nurse"

About: Newry and South Armagh / District Nursing

(as a relative),

Community Nurse Colette came to visit my mother to remove her picc line following a very traumatic experience over the last 6 months. She was very kind and helpful, and really helped lift her spirits. We cannot fault the way in which she treated my mother, she was gentle and patient. We are really grateful for her time and the positive experience following so many negative ones. Thank you, Colette!

Hi cetusnj78,

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such positive feedback. I will be sure to share this with Colette. I agree the OPAT nurses provide a great service for patients with PICCS and it is very reassuring to hear your positive experience.

Many thanks,

Yvonne
