"Very Rude Doctor"

I was an inpatient on Osterley 2 Ward.

I had such a bad experience. The doctor was rude, and after 3 weeks, I was discharged by a doctor whom I had never seen before even though I stated that my consultant wanted to see me on the Tuesday after the bank holiday weekend. The doctor had no bedside manner whatsoever I found him extremely rude. I was then called, and I still had another infection. Such poor communication the doctors don't talk to each other so every day I was given different advice.

I actually left and was told to go back for my discharge letter which took so long to do and in the end the ward manager called and said she could post it. Osterley 2 was severely let down by this doctor. A man next door had the same doctor and he threw him out so it goes to show how bad this doctor was. The sister even complained about the docto as he was upsetting her patients. If I ever have to re enter this hospital it would be highly unlikely and I'm already looking at being transferred to other hospitals.

Such a let down as all the other people had been understanding. Such a big let down.
