(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been coming to Ross Court for about 2 years and we are all very well treated in here. The staff always have something for us to do or give us the choice to see what we want to do and that's what makes it good for me. I like the quizzes and games like scrabble. I think all the staff deserve the recognition, they are very good at keeping you informed and there are no changes needed. We know if anything needs changed it gets changed straight away.
