I just want to say how incredible Gemma has been with our daughter. From diagnosis to treatment, she has always been at the end of the phone. Gemma is knowledgeable, efficient, caring and sympathetic. She always goes the extra mile to get the job done. We couldn’t have managed without her. Thank you
