"She brightened my whole day"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I recently had an X-ray done by Jodie in the RVH and I just want to express how lovely and reassuring she was.

Her interactions with every patient showed her kind and pleasant nature and my own experience when she was doing my X-ray was smooth and straightforward as she was so welcoming and reassuring.

She brightened my whole day and I just hope she gets the recognition for being such an asset to your team.

I can only imagine how difficult work within the NHS is at this time, where staff are under resourced/staffed/appreciated. This is a reminder that you are all so appreciated by us, the public.

Thanks to you all, and especially Jodie for making a gloomy day a bit brighter.
