I would just like to extend a massive thanks to all staff in the SDU Ward and the Montacute Ward for some outstanding care and friendly, warm and knowledgeable service while I was a patient under their care.
The team from the Urologist Department for putting my mind at ease with always coming in to see me and prod and poke around and assure me of what option's i have.
Anesthetist Department for taking the time to go through every step taken to make sure im aware of what will happen when i go under and all the nurses and HCA's for being warm and caring always.
The facilities were clean and amazing and very comfortable.
Thank you for helping me back to my feet.
