I went to physio recently and the physio Adam was great, he gave me exercises and managed to relieve some on my pain which made it easier.

I am glad to hear that Adam, your Physiotherapist, has been able to listen to you, assess your symptoms and provide you with some suitable exercises to hopefully improve the pain you are experiencing. This is a lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to deliver.
