I would just like to write to say how lovely the staff on the phone were this morning when I phoned to ask about appointment.

I was very anxious as I wasn’t sure what the appointment was for that I’ve been sent through the post as it only said, surgical department, I was confused.

The lady on the phone was so lovely and reassuring and explained to me that it was the breast care referral   She was very kind and put my mind at ease so I just wanted to thank the team and her for her excellent service.
