To whom it may concern,

We wish to bring to your attention our appreciation and gratitude for the care provided to our daughter by Kirstin.

Our daughter suffered from severe mental health issues for 4 years which resulted in a number of admissions as an inpatient to Sky House, Stobhill. Upon her discharge back home, she was provided with care and treatment from Kirstin.

Our daughter and our families experiences with the NHS can be best described as bumpy and in parts very frighting and distressing. Kirstin was able to provide expert, professional treatment which was vital to her recovery. The long term consistency, expertise and professionalism was key to her recovery and provided reassurance to our family during a very difficult time.

We feel that the work that Kirstin provided was key to our daughters recovery and wish to pass on gratitude not only from ourselves as parents but also all our family.

Since completing her treatment with Kirstin, she continues to go from strength to strength and has picked up where she left off and is presently completing her exams and learning to drive. She continues to speak very highly of the help that Kirstin provided her.
