I was running late for an appointment due to parking at the Royal infirmary and I phoned the department to say I would be running late.
The reception staff could not have been nicer. I was taken within 5 minutes of arriving and Briony the nurse could not have been nicer.
We arranged to do my bloods at the same time rather than me returning back to the department in 2 weeks time. I was nervous but both the doctor and briony were wonderful at calming me down and explaining the procedure step by step.
I was so grateful to both Briony and the doctor for their care, compassion and communication throughout the procedure.
