"Fantastic service and care from start to finish"

I attended Tenbury Minor Injuries with my son after trapping his hand in the car door, we were seen by Jackie who was welcoming from the moment we met her and made the whole experience incredibly positive. I wasn’t overly concerned about my son’s hand (feeling quite silly for attending) but after a similar incident with my daughter I was told it was considered a crush incident and required an x-ray therefore I attended minor injuries for a check up and advice. Jackie was kind and caring from the moment we met her, putting my 4 year old son at ease and making him feel comfortable with being in the unit and having his hand checked. She was very knowledgeable and also very reassuring to the guilty mom who had just hurt her son’s hand! I’m sure I have previously been seen by Jackie when attended Minor Injuries with my daughter and had the same experience.

The unit itself was clean and we are incredibly lucky to have this service and such fantastic staff in Tenbury Wells.
