The allocated worker, Mandy, has been very kind, caring and keen to help. Although there wasn’t much that she could suggest that we didn’t already know, having someone to talk to was really beneficial.

Dear Kwardor,

Thanks for taking the time to complete the care opinion in relation to the support you received from Mandy within the Family support hub at East Kilbride.

It was good to hear that you were aware of supports that are available for you and you family, but also of the benefits of talking these through with Mandy.
