I was greeted by an absolutely wonderful nurse who explained she was going to be my chaperone for my appointment. Her kindness and warmth immediately put me at ease. The consultant, Adam, was equally as wonderful. I have never felt so relaxed for a hospital appointment! All round positive experience.
