"Compassionate and Supportive"

I had to have a hysteroscopy and the team put me at ease.  The whole team were very compassionate from the beginning to end of the procedure.  I felt included in the whole process and treated as an individual rather than just a number.  I did not feel rushed when discussing options and I felt safe and listened to in what can be quite a vulnerable time.

Louise74,

your feedback is appreciated and I have informed the team of your kind words.

We work hard to ensure the women coming to our dept are supported and feel comfortable, less embarrassed and secure. I am delighted to read that your experience was so positive.

I wish you a speedy recovery!
