"Discharged and left alone"

I have had a long term issue with Florence Ball House and they have investigated but still haven't heard anything. In July 2024 I was discharged and was told the reason was that it was because of my weight and I didn't join in with people participation group which I loved, was the cause and they could do no more. Letter after letter and no reply, then when i went back to my GP with the feeling of suicide he phoned Florence Ball and was told they could do no more. I was very upset and tried to get in touch with Florence Ball House and received no phone call. It was only when i was really bed and the crises team got involved that 2 members came round to my house and took notes on how I was feeling. I have had one phone call that said they were dealing with it, but that was over 2 months ago and still nothing. When I was discharged I was told that I would get help but nothing as yet. I reported everything to PALS but nothing am now thinking of going to the next step. I was told from the beginning that as I had been with Florence Ball House I could Just be Referred and would not have to start from scratch again.
