I came to the practice with severe abdominal pain and was referred to a nurse practitioner. Names can't be mentioned for whatever reason...Dark bob hair and glasses. You know who you are 😊 Well, what an absolutely fantastic lady she is. Has a lovely nature and can't do enough to help you. Got straight down to ordering the necessary tests and gave off a lovely vibe whereby it was so easy to talk to her regarding any concerns I had. She is a huge credit to the surgery and the NHS and I hope they all appreciate what she does for the public. Thanks for a caring and compassionate service 😊
