About: The Colliery Practice

Ive been with the colliery practice, ever since I was a baby, so about 30 years.. and never have i known it be this bad... why on earth would you have both surgery's closed on the same day and at the same time for protected learning? What's the point having 2 surgery's

.. and also last month had an urgent phone call, voicemail and text to get in contact with the surgery, I did, it was regarding oncology.... which set me back as I had no clue about an oncology referral or appointment.. 2 weeks to wait for a Dr's appointment... to get there for the Dr not knowing anything about it... to find out it was an 'admin error' and it was regarding urology... and major difference to oncology... just to get sorry, at least you can breath a sigh of relief... well my anxiety and stress for those 2 weeks affected home and work life... truly shocking... having to wait a whole month at times for appointments... had a review for anti-depressents... which I'd been on for 2 years, filled in multiple questionnaires to stay on those medications and then to be brought of them, disregarding the questionnaires I was filling out every week stating my struggle... I would say the only positive was seeing s.s, I've not seen him before, but he was straight to the point and started off investigations that I needed, also he put me back on my antidepressants..
