My son was due to have a crown fitted. He recently had a rather uncomfortable experience with having rubber bands fitted on his teeth to the extent that the procedure wasn't completed.

The dental team -  Sultana, Brogan, Hanna -  were well prepared for my son. They made sure he was comfortable with everything, allowing him to touch things like the crown before this was fitted in his mouth and having happy gas ready in case he needed it.

The team were brilliant with him and he never needed the gas.
