After booking the appointment on the phone it appears on My Care - it would be nice to include the option to print the letter from my care to have the availability to take a copy with you or use as a reminder.

Hi

You should be able to print from the App. When you go into letters, open up the letter you want to print, and at the top right hand corner you'll see three vertical dots; click on these and it will give you the option to print.

I see that David Holmes has also contacted somebody else within MyCare so you should get a response from them but in the meantime give it a try. If no joy, you can also contact the MyCare Helpdesk on rduh.mycarehelp@nhs.net
