I have no trust in the NHS system having been referred 5 times to the incorrect departments. I have an infected dermal piercing in my arm and I have shown countless photos and examples of the area. First my GP tells me they can’t help me and to go back to the piercer but I explicitly wrote they the removal requires surgery so firstly they did not bother reading. I was told to go to minor injuries. Minor injuries turned me away. I then called 111 who told me to go to the urgent care unit. I duely did so and they turned me away and told me to go to a&e who also turned me away. I phoned the doctor again and the finally referred me for surgery removal but in the Colon and Rectum department. How can they stuff this up so much? So unfortunately once again I’m turned away and cannot be helped but in the mean time the piercing is getting worse because they’re incompetent. I have no hope of when it will be removed and I feel so helpless. I have done everything to support my case with photos and details and they still can’t get it right. I do not recommended any healthcare in TunbridgeWells. This has been ongoing since early March and it’s now mid of May.
