Want to commend the amazing care I’ve received since being admitted for surgery. Was really nervous whilst waiting for surgery but the amazing Darren and his team looked after me exceptionally well in 3C, then taken to surgery, the whole team nurses and staff looked after me, and have to commend Dr Smith who was one of the most friendly anaesthetists and the theatre team I’ve ever had.

However the team in 4B is amazing! The nurses and staff are absolutely amazing. Charge nurse Sarah came around to introduce herself and I had a chat with her, Jim was great, and Leila is so caring and friendly, a brilliant  team of nurses, auxiliaries and other staff! 

Can’t thank Mr Coggins and all the doctors involved in my care enough! People are quick enough to put negative things but I want to come on and praise them all.

Thanks also to Mr Coggins secretary, Tineke!

I am delighted to hear you have received such good care from everyone mentioned.

It is always a pleasure to receive such kind comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.

I have forwarded your feedback to the relevant teams and and asked that managers share this with all the staff involved in your care.
