(as the patient),

Mellissa was signed to me as a support me for my mental health and difficult times at home.

I feel like being introduced to Mellissa helped me with my confidence as i got out to support groups, started therapy and met new people which led to me slowly gaining my confidence back.

I found that having Mellissa at hand to call if i was struggling was the reassurance i needed in my bad days.

Mellissa was always kind, none judgmental and like a friend.

Thank you Mellissa, youve been a superstar and i wouldnt have done it without you.

thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am sorry to hear that you have had a difficult time but pleased that with spending time with Melissa, she has been able to offer you the support you needed. Enabling you to attend groups and grow your confidence again.

Its always good to hear about personal experiences of our services and how they impact on your health and well being.
