"I have no complaints, only praise for them all"

My story starts many years ago with being a carer for my parents and uncle all having long term health problems, each becoming Diabetic in old age. From this experience of dealing with their health conditions, I formed a small amount of knowledge to treatments connected with Diabetes. 

Now, later in life, I found myself in need of help to prevent the onset of all the problems endured by my family due to the condition (leg amputation, eye problems, ulcerated legs) to mention a few, never a month went by without visiting doctors or hospital. 

Need I say more my worst nightmares came true, I was diagnosed with pre onset of Diabetes, unable to tolerate many medications, I decided my only course of treatment was diet control. 

Pleased to say at the moment this is working for me, do have some difficult times but the help I have received from my doctors and nurses and dieticians have been excellent. I have no complaints, only praise for them all and a big thank you to NHS, long may it continue in helping us all.
