(as a service user),

Thank you CGL and my worker Michelle from East team, an amazing, caring worker. You have supported me so much to get my life back. All advice you gave me, you listened, you took time with me, you really do care and it shows. My life is back, better, I am dealing with my feeling, I am talking about it now, learning so much about caring for me, to love me. Thank you again for this. I am now in such a good place. 

All of CGL, thank you. 

I am now alcohol and drug free. 

It's a new life now. 

I am not alone.

My name is Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people’s feedback.

I was so glad to read about the excellent support you have received. It sounds as though Michelle has been an immense support to you in your recovery, and it was incredibly heartwarming to read about the impact she has had on your life.

I have shared your kind words with Michelle and the rest of the team at our East Hub, and your lovely feedback was appreciated by all.

It sounds like you have completely turned your life around for the better, which would not have been possible without your own commitment and determination and I hope you feel extremely proud of yourself for everything you have achieved.

I hope that you continue to build on the progress you have already made, and that you achieve all of your future goals, now that you have got your life back.
