I had an appointment to have an echocardiogram carried out at medical cardiology dept

I can only say how impressed I was from the initial welcome from Stuart who was extremely informative re my appointment and what to expect, we were then introduced to Paul who would carry out the echocardiogram, his very warm and friendly manner immediately put me at ease, he took time to explain the whole procedure and his findings, I was treated like royalty and the entire process was above and beyond. What a a tremendous team, thank you for making me so comfortable and relaxed during my time in your department.
