I requested an appointment at 8 am for my husband who had a wound on his leg which looked infected , and as he is 81 with several ongoing problems, asked for anyone to see him. About 11.30 am we had confirmation that a paramedic would call, who promptly arrived within an hour.
He was very thorough and checked my husband over, dressed the wound , administered antibiotics,and gave advise as to how to manage his wound. He said he would notify the surgery and after our short break next week, we may need a practice nurse to redress the leg, but any deterioration to notify surgery. Excellent Service.
