I have tried repeatedly to get an appointment for an ongoing condition and this has proved almost impossible. They close the online form request for triage and point you to Livi online GP service but when you try to access Livi it says no appointments available. Very disappointing for a large practice with significant public resources.

Dear patient

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had accessing an appointment.

We are currently experiencing high demand, which can affect the availability of both our online triage system and the LIVI service. We want to clarify that our practice is available by telephone during our opening hours, and our team will always do their best to help you access the care you need. LIVI is an additional service we offer to help ease demand on the practice and provide more flexibility for patients, but it does have limited availability and is not intended to replace direct access to the practice.

We appreciate how frustrating this situation must be, especially when managing an ongoing condition, and we are actively working to improve access across all routes. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to call us directly so we can assist you.
